haha, let's start our journey!

DAY 1, 24 nov.

well, reached school at 6am, took cab with my mum.

yupz, my mum really very naggy, she's the only parent who stayed at the school for the longest time i guess. i dunno luh, i tried my best to shoo her off, but ai ya, she worried for me luh, of course i cant chase her off.

besides, she take cab to school, and like stay for less than 2 minutes and go home?

LOL. alright, she went off after talking to mdm yeo, concerning about taking back the N levels results. yea.

waited awhile, filled up the white card, and our bus came.

promised the trombone section that we will meet at genting at 3pm, but it turn out to be 4pm. =.= we're late, different bus with trombone section anyway.

yea, the bus i took was bus 14, consist of tuba, saxophone and percussion section, and i sat with germaine.

once we got the bus, me and germaine started play UNO. haha!

played all the way until we reached Ngee Ang Secondary, some of their members are sharing bus with us, yea.

off we go once they boarded the bus.

yupz, slept for a while only cause i dun really feel tired, yea.

reached checkpoint and blah blah blah, and we reached this place called "Peng ****".

i forgot the venue name, but i remember it started with "Peng"

Yea. haha.

ate one burger and off we go again,

during the bus ride, we started to play zhong ji mi ma, and the punishment was to introduced ourself to the ngee ang sec people.

yupz, dunno who kana luh, then ngee ang people start to play with us.

haha, quite had fun, but after that we are out of idea wad to play already, so we somehow like back to our own world again. haha.

yupz, reached at genting around 4pm, put instruments in our room, took photos, and many many more.

7pm, and off to the opening ceremony.

screaming and shouting, yelling, and high-ing.

the whole atmosphere was just high!

yupz, but the whole ceremony ended short. =.=

lol, then after that went back to the room.

woodwinds had tuning, so me and boyang called germaine and kaying to join us play joker.

by right, girls are not allowed to go boys room, and boys are not allowed to go girls room.

so yupz mdm yeo and miss heng went for room checking, they caught us. LOL.

ai ya, she nag nag abit then went off. yupz.

DAY 2, 25 nov.

YES! it's our competition day, seriously i dunno why i dun really feel nervous,

well, just a little, yupz.

cause genting, it all about playing, so i think i am in the playing mood. yea.

had breakfast, and went for tuning,

haha, tuba section tune very fast, cause all 4 of us are in tune already. LOL.

yupz, then went back to room to rest a while, and rehearsal starts, wasn't that well actually.

yupz, went to had lunch and had a 2nd round of tuning.

this time, all 4 of us are out of tune, LOL!

tuned already and went to room rest a while, this time i started to feel nervous.

yupz, 3.45pm, and went to the ballroom, that's where our competition venue is.

yupz, and i think 4pm, is the time we went to perform for the judges.

at the end of the both pieces, mr png said "YES!". ok maybe not said, but all of us see his
reaction.

and i agreed, i agreed that we might had change to achieve gold, but still kinda risky to get silver.
so i am still worried. yea.

after performance, went to had dinner and rest.

mdm yeo room check again and at 1am, went to dor's room to chit chat with the 5th batch. haha.

after that went back to room and went to bed.

DAY 3, 26 nov.

yea, 3rd day, went to shopping with the 5th batch!

yupz, but sadly i didn't buy anything, nothing to buy either. the clothes i wanted to purchase was
above RM90++

so i didn't buy, and damm it, i regretted, i should have at least bought one. tsk.

yupz, then went to the workshop, cool yea!

the instructor stayed at sengkang, and i think i heard him saying he stayed near nan chiau, yea!
and i think he's mr pisit's friend

yea, haha, he taught us breathing method and many many more. interesting instructor.

yea. after workshop had dinner with 5th batch. yea.

after that, changed into band tee and went to the ballroom with instrument,

we are performing for friendship concert. yea.

haha, we perform old comarades, which almost the whole band member didn't like it.

well, me too, but i am happy that i think during the friendship concert, i think tuba section
played very well, i could hear the sound go echo~

yea! and sadly, i made a super loud crack which my section mates all tell me it super loud!
LOL.

yea, then there this small group band call "B5"

yea, excellent performances. and the tuba insturctor was pro, i dunno how long he hold that
note, but is was super long, he didn't breathe, can say over 1mins. LOL.

and i had to agree that the breathing mehtod he taught was very good, no wonder he can hold for such a long breathe!

yea. after friendship concert, was the annouce of results.

yea, when the emcee wanted to annouce our results, she said "Nan Chiau, you think you get gold ar?"

wth, sounds so sacartics right?

but wadever, and went she said "Nan Chiau your percentage is...."

everybody was squeezing their hands, i am squeezing daphne's hand since she sat beside me,
and i remember i put my leg up onto the seat! LOL. too quai zhang already, but that is wad i did.

haha! and she said" your percentage is... 81%! GOLD!"

the whole of NCWO jumped up and screamed, yelling, wadever it is.

all of us are happy. our very first gold. =D

and i think my prediction is somehow right, award gold, but also have a slight risk of getting
silver.

see, in order to get gold you must have a percentage of 80% and above, and see, we got 81%, nearly got silver right?

ok. i dunno why i feel so bad saying this luh, but no matter wad, our hardwork had paif off,
GOLD.

yea, pasir ris, 82%, 1st.
Nan Chiau, 81%, 2nd.
St. Nicholas, 80%, 3rd.

see, the differences are just 1% away!

and mr png said before, either pasir ris or nan chiau get first, if not pasir ris or nan chiau must
get 2nd, no 3rd is allowed.

and tada! pasir ris got 1st and nan chiau got 2nd.

yea, although we didn't get first, quite sad luh, but happy that we still got gold, i think gold is wad
we are really aiming for right?

yea.

went back to the room, rest awhile, and off to bed, i think we went to dor's room to chat for a
while before off to bed.

DAY 4, 27 nov.

YEA! woke up and had breakfast with the 5th batch, was very rush cause i need to go for
workshop at 9.45am, and we having breakfast at 9.10am? around there.

only me and daph went to the workshop, rest of the 5th batch went to theme park and play first.
the workshop is damm cool!

is like a band with....9 TUBA?!!?

oh my luh. it's loud luh i tell you, i played damm relax, cause i do not have to worry whether i am
loud enough or not. haha! damm cool.

i sat beside this chankat changi tuba player, forgot his name.

haha, we do chat with each other yea.

and there was once i wanted to empty my saliva, from my instrument luh, then i dunno whether i can just empty at the carpet.

and when the trumpet was playing, i turned and looked at the trumpet, and saw givon emptying her saliva from her instrument, i immediately tried to get her attention and ask "can empty ar?"

she nod her head and of course, i empty my saliva, is a lot luh!

i dunno luh, the workshop is really cool, in 1 day, all of us manage to sight-read the score, it's cool luh, the sound, everything, including the piece is nice! it's a very nice experience, but i feel sad
cause i didn't let geraldine go, i think she wanted to go very much as i do, so we chose mdm yeo to help us decide, and she chose me to go to the workshop as something happen and geraldine might help.

yea, i dunno luh, but i really feel bad cause i think geraldine feel sad.

yupz, after workshop, went to meet 5th batch for lunch, yupz, after lunch went to theme park.

played around 3 games only, shuck, $14, only 3 games. =.=

lol, lots of things happen, but i kinda lazy say. LOL.

then went back to hotel to change into band uniform, as for the top 3 band are needed to
perform for the closing ceremony. yea.

yea, performed inn of sixth happiness, and after the closing ceremony, went to take photo.
long story, to lazy to say, and off to bed.

DAY 5, 28 nov.

yea, is the day we go back to singapore.

yupz, basically slept throughout the whole journey, was darn tired man.

yea, reached school around 3.45pm, yea, and de-brief.

after that, 5th batch went to give a gift for mdm yeo we bought during genting trip.

yea, after that went to dor house as ger need to change and dor needs to take key.

after that went to compass to eat dinner wth 5th batch, eat mac.

yea, while eating, mer sent a msg, yu know mac there's this tv which allow you to send msg?

yea, i think she sent this "See one group of orange tee people, we are the GOLD band members."

LOL, but sadly we didn't see it show up.

went home yea,

and started playing my psp. LOL.

yupz, i think that's all luh,

tomorrow i am staying at home to paint my house, oh sian. =.=
